How to send your cards for grading
A well-packed card arrives in the same condition it left. Follow this step-by-step guide: all you need is simple supplies and a few minutes.
Supplies
- New, clean sleeves
- Rigid top loaders that fit your cards
- Resealable team bags, if you have them
- Two pieces of stiff cardboard or a small box
- Bubble wrap and a sturdy shipping box
- Tape and a pen
The 7 steps

Place your order
Order online and note your order number. We email you the shipping address.

Sleeve each card
Slide each card into a new, clean sleeve without forcing it, holding it by the edges.

Then a top loader
Put the sleeved card into a top loader that fits. One card per top loader. If needed, close it with a team bag, never with tape.

Secure the top loaders
Pack the top loaders tightly between two pieces of cardboard or in a small box: nothing should move when you shake it.

Pack the box
Put everything in a sturdy box with bubble wrap. Add a note inside with your name and order number.

Ship with tracking
Write your order number on the parcel and send it with tracking (EMS within Thailand). Keep the tracking number.

Follow your order
Once we receive your cards, you can follow each grading step in your account.
Avoid
- Tape on the card or the sleeve
- A soft envelope without a rigid top loader
- Several cards in the same top loader
- Tight rubber bands that bend cards
- Damp or dirty cards: let them dry and don't clean them yourself
Sending from abroad?
From Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia or Singapore, use an international postal service with tracking. Declare the contents honestly (collectible trading cards): the parcel may be inspected by customs and fees may apply under the rules in force. Allow a few extra days. Your graded cards come back by Thailand Post ePacket.
Insure valuable cards
For valuable cards, insure your shipment with your carrier. While your cards are with us, our Terms provide compensation of up to ฿1,000 per card, unless a higher value was agreed in writing.
