Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-17

1. Information We Collect

When you submit cards for grading, we collect: your full name; your email address or LINE ID; your shipping address; and details about the cards you submit (names, serial numbers, custom label instructions). If you ask to be notified of our opening, we collect only your email address and language.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfill your grading order, communicate with you about your order status, return your graded cards to you, and improve our Service and respond to inquiries. An email address left to be notified of our opening is used only to send that announcement (and a confirmation); you can ask us to delete it at any time.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit an order, and as necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the grading service).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with courier/shipping partners to deliver your cards to you, service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, anonymous visit statistics) under confidentiality obligations, and authorities if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"), you have the right to access, correct, delete or request portability of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time (which may affect our ability to provide the Service for pending orders). To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@tgpcard.com.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

8. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. To count visits, we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service that sets no cookies and does not identify you: it records anonymous, aggregated information only (pages viewed, referring website, country, device type and browser language). Private pages (customer account, payment, administration) are not counted. If we ever add cookies that require consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

10. Contact
