How to send your cards from Malaysia
- Order online on TGP, choose Malaysia as the delivery country and note your order number.
- Put each card in a sleeve and a top loader, and pack them tightly in a box with your order number.
- Ship the parcel with a tracked international postal service to the address we email you.
- Declare the contents honestly (collectible trading cards). The parcel may be inspected by customs and fees may apply under the rules in force.
Return shipping to Malaysia
Your graded cards come back by Thailand Post ePacket, with tracking, in about 7–14 business days. Return shipping is priced by weight:
- 1 card: ฿230
- 10 cards: ฿440
- 20 cards: ฿630
The tracking number appears in your TGP account as soon as your cards ship.
Payment
Prices are in Thai baht (฿). You pay online by international card (Visa, Mastercard…), Apple Pay or crypto (USDT, USDC); your bank converts the amount automatically.
Frequently asked questions
- Will I pay import duties?
- Possibly, depending on customs rules when the cards enter Thailand and when they come back to Malaysia. Always declare the contents honestly.
- Do you accept cards graded by another company?
- No. We don't accept cards still in another grading company's slab (PSA, BGS, CGC…), nor thick patch cards or oversized cards.
- Can I track my cards?
- Yes. In your TGP account you follow each grading step, then the tracking number of your return parcel.
